Scandi
The Morrells SCANDI stains have been inspired by Nordic design and consist of classic wood shades and contemporary pigmented colours. All are lightfast and suitable for wooden substrates, making them the perfect choice for your next home improvement project.
Our Scandi Pigmented Stains have been designed with a longer drying time to provide excellent grain definition and depth of colour while maintaining lightfastness. The pigment in these stains allows for better control of colour and grain definition when used on rag paper.
This lacquer is suitable for tinting pre-catalyst lacquers up to a maximum of 5% by volume. For flooring applications, a minimum of 2 hours to dry must be given before sealing and top coating.
Drying and recoat time will vary with temperature, humidity and absorption of the timber. SCANDI stains must be top-coated. If top coating with a flooring lacquer, use a water-based product only.
Light Fast Wood Stains
Morrells Light Fast Wood Stain is a range of quick-drying alcohol-based stains that are perfect for spraying, dipping, or hand applying. The formula provides excellent grain definition and depth of colour on all wooden substrates, including floors. The stains are non-grain raising and resist fading due to light-fast pigments.
Morrells Light Fast Wood Stains are professional products that can be used for all interior wood applications. These stains can be used to tint Morrells Pre-Catalysed and Acid-Catalyst lacquers up to a maximum of 5% by volume.
Fastmatch® colours are available for any type of flooring application, including wood floors. When intending to use a bespoke stain on a wood floor, please ensure this is clearly indicated on the bespoke request, e.g. "for floor"/"for flooring applications." This will ensure that the correct colour is used for your project.
Soft Wax Stick Pack

Classique Stains - Spray & Wipe
Our range of slower-drying solvent-based stains is perfect for hand, spray or dip application. They're formulated to provide excellent grain definition and depth of colour, especially on wooden flooring and parquet.
This range is also suitable for tinting Morrells Pre-Catalysed Lacquers. The standard range includes popular wood colours, though bespoke Fastmatch® colour-matched colours are available when the request is submitted with a sufficient timber sample and details of the job to be completed.
Classique Spray & Wipe can be applied by using a suitable pad-type applicator/buffer in sections along the grain, maintaining a wet edge for seamless blending.
induro® XLO Natural Floor Oil
These oils are formulated with a blend of urethane and natural oils for use on all types of hardwood flooring, such as parquet. They produce a smooth, natural finish with excellent resistance against water and other household liquids. Regular oil finishes can be easily and quickly maintained with additional coats once they start to show wear. induro® Oil can now be Fastmatch® colour-matched like our original lacquers.
induro® XL1 Floor Lacquer
A polyurethane lacquer with excellent clarity and non-yellowing properties, induro® XL1 floor lacquer comes fully crosslinked and ready for use straight from the can. It's resistant to abrasion, scuffs and spillage, making it perfect for use on all solid and engineered wood flooring with light to high traffic.
This product is a floor lacquer that is suitable for use on both domestic and commercial softwood and hardwood floors. It provides strong, flexible coatings that offer excellent chemical and mechanical resistance. When used with induro® GP Floor Sealer and Primer, the clarity and wood-warming of the floor can be improved.
XL1 is a high-quality, durable topcoat that can be used after sealing with induro® GP Floor Sealer and Primer or ISO Floor Sealer and Primer. It provides a strong, flexible coating that helps protect your floor from wear and tear. Maintain XL1 with induro® Maintenance products.
induro® XL2 Floor Lacquer
XL2 is an extremely tough and flexible fast-drying waterborne polyurethane two-pack varnish, offering enhanced chemical and mechanical resistance. It is perfect for solid and engineered wood floors with medium to high traffic, where high resistance to scuffs, spills and abrasions is required. This product is noted for its natural clarity, woodwarming and non-yellowing properties. It is in scope of 2004/42/EC.
